We are the sole Midwest distributor for Good Faith Farm’s artisinal Olives and Premium Olive Oil.
All of the Olives are grown in Northern California and are hand-picked. They are then salt-brined which creates a lactic acid fermentation. No chemical accelerants (Lye) are used.
We also propagate localized Fig Trees and make the occasional baked good.
